As we expand, we are seeking a confident and proactive Client Relationship Advisor to handle inbound leads, drive conversions, and ensure clients are seamlessly progressed into the legal process.Role OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and converting potential clients into active cases. You will guide leads from initial contact through to the point where solicitors can begin working on their matter. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and has strong sales and communication skills.Full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls, enquiries, and referrals with professionalism and care.Qualify, convert, and onboard new leads (Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Family Law, Immigration Law) into active legal instructions.Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly to understand client needs, price, and convert.Manage the journey from first contact to file opening, enabling the admin team to collect the relevant documents and pass the files to legal.Maintain a high conversion rate from enquiry to instruction.Follow up promptly with warm leads via calls, emails, and SMS.Accurately update and maintain CRM and case management systems.Work closely with solicitors and internal teams to ensure smooth handover of cases.Provide clients with clear expectations, timelines, and next steps.Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a target-driven approach.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in telephony-based roles such as call handling, sales, or customer support.
