Client Relationship Manager Assistant - Ateca Consulting

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager Assistant EXAM for a leading bank in Geneva, Switzerland. In this permanent role, the ideal candidate would be an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activitiesManage retrocessions and related commissionsAccount openings, closings and other documentationsDeal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.Prepare client meetings and eventsRespond to clients enquiries by email or phoneControl, execute and monitor client's instructions (payments, stock exchange, change of static data, etc.)Monitor credit lines and maturities of investmentsMonitor administrative issuesRequirementsUniversity degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking educationSAQ/FinSA-compliant certification (EXAM) is mandatory for this role (e.g., SAQ Client Advisor – Affluent Clients, CWMA) First relevant work experience in Private Banking Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantageAbility to weigh problems and set prioritiesStrong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountabilityAbility to work under pressure and work with various stakeholdersFluency in Spanish, English and French, other languages are an advantageSend us your CV at anthonny.b@ateca.co.uk
