In this role, you will be responsible for building strong HQ-level relationships, negotiating strategic agreements, and driving sustainable growth across Bulgaria’s chain restaurant segment.As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner performance, develop joint business plans, and identify new opportunities for mutual success. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in JET’s expansion and strengthen our leadership position in the online food delivery industry.Key ResponsibilitiesHQ-Level Relationship Management: Lead acquisition and account management activities for international and multinational chains at the headquarters level.Negotiations & Contracting: Lead or participate in negotiations and sign country framework agreements and franchisor contracts.Sales Strategy: Set clear sales targets in collaboration with the Team Lead and execute plans to meet them.Trusted Advisor: Build, maintain, and develop long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers.Market & Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.Business Planning: Develop Joint Business Plans and conduct regular business and performance review meetings.Process Optimization: Analyze and improve account management processes to boost sales performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver the best outcomes for chain partners.Voice of the Customer: Represent partner needs internally and help develop tailored solutions (features, analytics, co-branding, reporting, invoicing).Portfolio Management: Align closely with your Team Lead to identify portfolio improvements and growth opportunities.Working ConditionsLocation: Based in Sofia, Bulgaria.Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Sofia office.Environment: Collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced.Travel: Occasional travel may be required for partner or internal meetings.Reporting Line: Reports to the Team Lead, Strategic Accounts.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in sales roles, including at least 2 years in key or strategic account management.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.Proven success in managing large, complex client relationships—ideally with restaurant chains or food service brands.Strong customer-focused mindset with an ability to optimize processes and drive results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English and Bulgarian (both written and spoken).Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in food delivery, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.Experience developing joint business plans with strategic partners.Skilled in CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting systems.Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Apply Now!
