This role combines sales skills with empathy, patience, and high emotional intelligence.Who Are WeWe are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses.The position is 100% remote, a full time job.ResponsibilitiesReach out to customers who have canceled or requested to cancel their service.Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to encourage retention.Manage conversations with unsatisfied or disappointed clients with empathy and professionalism.Follow up and provide ongoing support for customers who stay after the retention process.Requirements2+ years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or sales roles.Strong communication and negotiation skills.High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly.Motivation to meet goals and work in a dynamic, results- driven environment.
