If you're looking to grow your career within a stable and growing financial services company, then Sagicor may be right for you!"Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited Is Seeking a Suitable Candidate To Join Our Insurance Operation Services - Client Engagement And Communication Team In The Capacity Of Client Services Associate (Contract)(Grade 2) Deliver superior service and experience with every interaction to the Company’s clients consistent with the objectives of the division.Give prompt and accurate information, process financial transactions and policy changes speedily and accurately . Location: Kingston As a Client Services Associate, You Will Interview clients requesting funds and advise them of the amounts available. Maintain client retention initiative to dissuade policyholders from surrendering policy as well as persuade them to purchase additional coverage where the client has minimal coverage. Introduce clients to other products offered within the group. Process clients’ queries appropriately through other units or departments as required; follow-up to ensure completion. Log detailed summary of all interactions with clients on the ECRIS Service Centre portal including complaints. Provide information to clients on, policy status, loans, dividend and fund balances. Clarify policy benefits. Advise clients of the associated transaction fees for the associated disbursement. Review and record all health claims received and submit the original documents to the claims department. Input data to generate policy benefit payments for walk-in clients, transactions initiated in branches and received by mail. Ensure all pertinent data relating to the clients are collected at the time of interaction. Process all policy transactions via the workforce management system (P360) and provide feedback to internal/external clients as appropriate. Liaise with client or Financial Advisor where the standard requirements are not satisfied Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time. What do you need? Associate's degree in business management studies or equivalent qualifications from a recognized tertiary institution. ACS designation. Two (2) years’ working experience within the insurance industry. Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications. Excellent attitude to client service and teamwork. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrable persuasiveness, empathy and tact.
