The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires practical experience in sales, analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role is based in Singapore.Client Solutions Manager, e-Commerce Marketplaces Responsibilities:In partnership with Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Meta solutions to maximize client valueUse data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutionsServe as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoptionDrives product innovation internally with cross functional partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clientsPlan media and creative structure and oversee the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectivesOutline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Meta solutionsOversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendationsCollaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to youOperation Rigor and Project ManagementManage complex external and internal work streams, and optimize clients’ advertising operation mode to meet business objectivesOversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, and so on)Build and manage relationships with both C-suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies across media, creative, tech enabler industries, etcCollaborate very closely with a wide-ranging group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterpartsMinimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field6+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated leadership skills requiredEffective and creative problem solving and decision-making skillsExperience working effectively with cross functional partners and all levels of management (internally and externally)Demonstrate capability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detailsDemonstrate capability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a teamDemonstrate capability to build ongoing relationships with external clients and taking it to the next levelAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data analysisExperience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM, measurement fundamentals) and the eCommerce ecosystem a plusAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
