You will lead client presentations, oversee proposals and renewals, and ensure seamless implementation of services. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance, all while delivering exceptional client experiences.Things You’ll Do Here: Lead pre- and post-sale presentations and coordinate regular client meetings to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment on goals and servicesDrive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning across assigned clientsManage and track sales opportunities using the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and follow-upOversee client proposals, renewals, and implementations, ensuring timely and effective execution in collaboration with internal teamsDevelop and maintain Strategic Account Plans that outline client goals, key initiatives, and growth opportunitiesServe as the primary client contact, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and overall satisfactionDemonstrate strong knowledge of Vālenz products and services, effectively aligning solutions with client needsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve service delivery, and streamline processesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards in all client interactionsPartner with Operations, SMEs, and other departments to meet client requirements and strengthen relationshipsReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.What You’ll Bring to the Team:5+ years of experience in managing both internal and external relationships; knowledge of healthcare plan administrationExperience in healthcare plans, health insurance, or equivalentExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities in-person and virtuallyProficiency in MS Office, especially in advanced Excel functions and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple client accounts, work under pressure, and consistently deliver exemplary customer serviceA plus if you have…Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration Self-funded healthcare experienceWhere You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractionsTechnology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/softwareLocation: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAAWhy You'll Love Working HereValenz is proud to be recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
