This role leads and manages client relationships and oversees the implementation of all digital marketing initiatives. Rocket55 Client Success Managers focus on delivering world-class customer service and thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. The Client Success Manager will coordinate with project managers, the Account Strategy Lead, and the broader production team to deliver for our clients. They expertly translate business needs into impactful digital marketing strategies, meticulously tracking and reporting on the progress and effectiveness of these initiatives.
