Job TitleClinical Application Specialist - Patient MonitoringJob DescriptionThe Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) drives clinical excellence across the Hospital & Ambulatory (Cardiology) Monitoring (H&AM) portfolio in North Africa. The role ensures safe and effective product adoption, strengthens strategic customer partnerships, and actively enables the H&AM commercial team to achieve its business targets through strong clinical value positioning and engagement.Your RoleCommercial Enablement & Pre-Sales SupportDeliver high-impact clinical demonstrations and value-based presentationsSupport tender submissions with clinical compliance and differentiationParticipate in customer meetings, workshops, and roadshows / tradeshowsPost-Sales Clinical ImplementationLead structured end-user clinical training (basic & advanced)Support go-live activities and ensure smooth clinical adoptionGenerate demand through a proactive clinical selling approach in the forms of upselling, upgrading, offering attachments, systems replacement and offering clinical services to our end customers.Clinical Excellence & Strategic Customer PartnershipEnsure safe, compliant, and effective use of monitoring solutionsAddress and escalate clinical application issues in a timely mannerBuild and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across ICU, OR, NICU, OB, and cardiology settingsYou're The Right Fit IfBachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field (Required).3–5 years of clinical application or medical device experience.Experience in patient monitoring preferred.Strong understanding of hospital and cardiology clinical workflows.Fluency in English and Arabic (Required) / French is considered an advantage.Strong communication skills and demonstrates a customer‑first mindset.Willingness to travel 40% across North-Africa.How We Work TogetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
