Medical Director

Location: Mohandessin, Cairo, EgyptAlfarabi Dental & Orthodontics Center is seeking a highly experienced Medical Director to lead and oversee the clinical operations of our dental center in Mohandessin, Cairo.Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (Master’s or specialty degree is preferred). • Valid professional license to practice in Egypt. • Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. • Previous experience in dental clinics or medical centers management. • Strong leadership and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and team management abilities. • Good understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards. • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the dental center. • Ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical quality. • Supervise and support dentists and medical staff. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. • Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement programs. • Collaborate with management to support the strategic growth of the center.Benefits: • Competitive salary package. • Professional work environment. • Career growth opportunities.
