The primary responsibilities include answering patient inquiries via phone, scheduling appointments, and handling customer service requests to ensure a smooth patient experience. The role also involves maintaining records, providing accurate information, and resolving patient concerns promptly and professionally while adhering to company guidelines and healthcare standards. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and experience working in Contact CentersStrong Communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle diverse patient interactionsBasic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including use of CRM software, email systems, and data entryAbility to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency in English and Arabic languages is preferredPrevious experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus
