About The RoleThe Department of Health is transforming healthcare across New Brunswick through the implementation of a province-wide Clinical Information Solution (CIS) — a unified, standardized, and integrated platform designed to enhance patient care and data management.We are seeking a Clinical Business Analyst (CBA) specializing in Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services to support the CIS Program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing,standardizing, and implementing clinical processes that improve efficiency, collaboration, and quality of care across the province.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clinical stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather and define business and system requirements. Conduct gap analyses and develop comprehensive design documentation for medical imaging and diagnostic workflows. Lead facilitation sessions to validate requirements, standardize processes, and support solution adoption. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, use cases, user guides, and training materials. Build, validate, and test medical imaging–related clinical content within the CIS. Ensure alignment between clinical operations and IT systems to meet program goals. Work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders to support project milestones and deliverables. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience:5+ years as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst, focused on medical imaging and diagnostic services. 5+ years working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) in healthcare operations. 3+ years participating in large-scale CIS implementation projects related to medical imaging. Preferred Skills & Experience6+ years’ experience gathering medical imaging–related requirements (CPOE, order sets, documentation, ancillary services). Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency (English and French) preferred. 3+ years leading workshops with healthcare providers to develop user stories and system requirements. 5+ years working across multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and Atlassian JIRA. Prior experience in public health authority environments, with knowledge of healthcare policies and systems.
