The TRACK team makes up 100 of thoseYOUR ROLE:As Manager, Analytics, you will be both a leader and a hands-on contributor—a true player-coach. You'll oversee a small team of analytics professionals, guiding their growth while rolling up your sleeves to deliver high-impact analytical work. Working closely with our VP, Analytics, you are as comfortable participating in client meetings as you are diving into data, building models, or visualizing insights.We're looking for a true teammate – someone willing to lend a hand, no matter the ask, so that we can all succeed together. That's how we make ourselves invaluable and earn their trust.This role requires navigating fast-paced, client-focused environments with multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.Serve as the primary analytics lead on client projects, delivering insights that inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes.Balance team management with direct execution—conducting analyses, overseeing data collection, automating reports, and building compelling data visualizations.Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable insights.Analyze media, marketing and customer data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.Create insightful reporting and build client-ready dashboards.Manage workload for the team and identify risks.Guide analytics team members on best practices for data visualization, KPI development, tagging, testing, and reporting.Present complex analytical findings in a clear, engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ensure high standards for data quality, integrity, and privacy across all client work.Stay current on analytics tools, technologies (including AI) and industry trends; champion innovation and continuous improvement.REQUIRED SKILLS:Undergraduate degree in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related quantitative disciplineAt least 5 years of analytics experience, preferably 2+ years with an Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, or Digital Media firm1+ years managing data analystsDemonstrated experience with customer data, media & marketing measurement and digital marketing analytics. An understanding of core marketing analytics concepts including email, SMS and Web metrics.Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).Advanced level SQL programming skills. As such, we have the option to work from home three days per week, with in-office attendance on Mondays and Wednesdays from our Toronto office.
