Clinical Business Analyst, Senior6+ Months ProjectDuluth, GA (Remote Position) Job Summary: The Clinical Business Analyst, Senior is responsible for analyzing business problems, identifying gaps, and providing technical support for moderately complex information systems. This role involves managing multiple requirements throughout the project life cycle and requires a solid understanding of business systems, industry requirements, and requirements definition. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Serve as an individual contributor under moderate supervision with clearly defined guidelines.Develop documentation related to moderately complex projects and information systems.Apply business analysis expertise to review and analyze system issues and propose solutions.Support the development of detailed documentation for business requirements, system functionality, use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analyses.Analyze user requirements and client business needs following standard procedures.Identify and manage changes in project scope based on client requirements.Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system implementation activities.Ensure bi-directional traceability of requirements.Track and report work progress, escalating issues and risks to senior management as needed.Engage in developing solutions to address existing business process challenges.Demonstrate strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and best practices to meet project objectives.Participate in requirements management and design sessions.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Provide customer support during product demos and assist with presentations.Stay current with new technologies and industry regulations.Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to Associate Business Analysts.Comply with corporate policies, including those related to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3–6 years of experience in a related field.Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience in the healthcare industry.Additional Qualifications:Understanding of SharePoint applications, MS Teams, and other collaboration tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare-related systems.Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.Ability to adapt to shifting project priorities and deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Team-oriented mindset with willingness to share knowledge and collaborate.Understanding of the requirements management life cycle and industry best practices.Flexibility to meet evolving project demands.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet commitments.
