The Clinical Lead Analyst assists and supports Sales and Account Management with the delivery of clinical products and services to Commercial clients. Under general supervision, performs the primary functions of clinical data analysis, clinical modeling, trend evaluation, and participation in project management. This position develops skill sets necessary for clinical strategy planning, development, consultation, presentation, implementation, and ongoing management of clinical programs and services.Essential FunctionsAnalyze clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesUtilize advanced Excel functions and macros to manipulate and analyze large datasetsDevelop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support clinical operationsCreation of Standard and Custom Clinical AddendumsPrepare Clinical Modeling to assist with New Solution Sales UpsellsManage Prior Authorization Cycle LoadsPerform monthly Clinical Addendum updatesWorks with clinical program management operations and product teams to implement clinical products and servicesSupports Ad-hoc Clinical projectsQualifications3+ years of experience; Bachelor’s degree, preferredProficiency in Microsoft ExcelDetail oriented with strong time management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt in a dynamic work environmentLearns quickly, solve problems and make decisionsKnowledge of healthcare is preferredAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,400 - 127,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.We want you to be healthy, balanced, and feel secure.
