Job Description

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Clinical Trials Payment Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical client remote. This is a 6-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. Pay: $24.41 - $29.41/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.Description:Manages end-to-end clinical site payments - configuring templates, setting up vendors/sites, loading data across systems, and processing/approving invoices. Ensures accuracy and compliance through Excel-driven reconciliation and QA, resolves discrepancies, and collaborates via Teams to meet deadlines.Responsibilities:Support payment system migration and clinical payment approval backlogConfigure payment templates for site budgetsLoad information into various payment systemsSet up vendor/site information in payment systemsReview and perform quality data checks on historical paymentsReview payment configuration informationPerform data entry as requiredVerify activities and support documentation and provide approvalsExperience utilizing Excel for data management and analysisExperience with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaborationApply knowledge of clinical site payments to ensure accuracy and complianceVerify payment and financial informationProvide support for both US and rest of the world payment-related activitiesWork within multiple payment systems to ensure accurate and efficient processingFollow detailed instructions to ensure compliance with payment processes and regulationsOperate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlinesProcess, track, and approve invoices for site paymentsReconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistencyResolve issues related to payment processing and data discrepanciesDemonstrate strong communication skills in interactions with internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a high level of organization in managing payment-related data and processesEducation:Minimum High school diploma with 1-3 years of clinical trial site payment experience.BS/BA or Master's degree with with 0-3 years of clinical trial site payment experience is preferred.Requirements:1-3 years of experienceProven experience and proficiency in configuring payment templates and loading information into payment systemsUnderstanding of Excel for data manipulation and analysisProficiency in using Teams or similar collaboration platforms for communication and project managementIn-depth knowledge of clinical site payments and related regulationsAbility to verify and validate payment information with a high level of accuracyExperience in supporting payment activities for both US and international sitesAbility to work within and navigate multiple payment systems efficientlyCapacity to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience in processing, tracking, and approving invoices for site paymentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payment-related issuesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder interactionProven organizational skills in managing payment data and processes.Nice to have:Experience with Suvoda/Greenphire's eClinical GPS software system a plus.Personality:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsEagerness to learn and the ability to work cross functionally.Detail oriented.Adaptive and flexible.TrustworthyPrimary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
