Job Description

Duties:The Nurse Manager assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care and provides for the development and evaluation unit personnel. The Nurse Manager demonstrates leadership abilities while maintaining the operational aspects of the patient care unit in collaboration with Patient Care Services.Requirements:Bachelors in Nursing - Required2-3 Years Med/Surg - RequiredOncology experience REQUIRED.Chemotherapy certification at time of hire, REQUIREDProfessional License with State of Practice - RequiredNational Certification - RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) - Required
