We are committed to delivering high-quality medical solutions that improve patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the clinical product expert for Oricare’s ventilator, anesthesia, and other product lines.Provide product training and clinical education to sales teams, distributors, and hospital end users (doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists).Conduct product demonstrations and academic presentations in hospitals, workshops, and medical conferences.Develop training materials, clinical guidelines, and competitor comparison documents.Support the sales team in tender presentations, KOL visits, and clinical discussions.Collect customer feedback, market needs, and competitor information to support product strategy.Collaborate closely with HQ (China) to follow up on product updates, marketing materials, and clinical support cases.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Anesthesiology, or Biomedical Engineering.3-5 years of experience as a product specialist / clinical application specialist / training manager in a medical device company (preferably ventilators, anesthesia machines, or monitors).OR hospital working experience (ICU nurse / anesthesia nurse / respiratory therapist) with transition to the medical device industry preferred.Strong presentation and training skills, able to simplify complex clinical concepts into clear messages.Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; fluent in English (spoken & written). Mandarin is a plus.Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia.
