The role bridges deep therapeutic knowledge with business impact, focusing on conditions where timely, appropriate treatment can significantly improve patient outcomes.This is a field-based, customer-facing role ideal for someone with clinical credibility and a passion for translating science into better care & commercial outcomes.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Clinical Sales Specialist Switzerland (m/f/d) role will make an impact:Driving Clinical Sales & AdoptionAct as the key commercial contact in hospitals and key centres, securing product usage and formulary inclusion.Influence stakeholders to ensure timely initiation and sustained use of our brands.Deliver impactful promotional interactions tailored to local practice and customer needs.Account & Territory GrowthOwn responsibility for achieving sales targets within your territory.Partner with account teams to create and implement action plans that maximise uptake.Identify patient pathway gaps and develop strategies to increase brand penetration.Ensure consistent pull-through of promotional campaigns in alignment with the marketing strategy.Market Insight & Competitive AdvantageCapture actionable intelligence on competitor activities, prescribing behaviours, and institutional dynamics.Share insights to refine go-to-market strategy and stay ahead in the marketplace.Actively seek opportunities to grow market share and expand product adoption.Cross-functional Commercial CollaborationWork closely with marketing, medical affairs, and market access to align field sales activity with brand goals.Provide feedback that sharpens messaging, campaigns, and positioning.Contribute sales perspective in brand planning and territory reviews.Compliance & GovernancePromote products in line with local regulations and codes of practice.Ensure that all promotional activities are accurate, compliant, and ethical.About Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Fluent in German and French in both oral and writingScientific, pharmacy, nursing or healthcare qualification.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical, scientific, or commercial field-facing role in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge or experience in Hematology, Oncology and Immunology, particularly in acute or hospital-based care settings.Experience working with hospital formularies, treatment guidelines, or care pathways.In-depth knowledge of Swiss hospital systems and decision-making processesAbility to communicate complex clinical information clearly and credibly to a range of HCPs.Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a territory and prioritise effectively.Confidence navigating cross-functional collaboration and contributing to broader brand or account strategy.
