You play a key role as the interface between clients, the design office, and execution teams.Your Main ResponsibilitiesManage the client base, develop the market and territoryPrepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations, from first contact to contract signingCoordinate with the technical office and prepare proposals with alternative structural solutionsAct as the technical point of contact for clients and partnersCollaborate with execution teams (follow-up and feedback)Network with engineers and contractors to promote and commercialize our product solutionsProfile SoughtDegree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction sectorSolid knowledge of post-tensioning techniques or specialist civil works is a strong assetExcellent planning and organizational skills to manage priorities and deliver projects on timeAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and strong negotiation abilitiesNative Swiss German or German speaker; French is a strong assetProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plusInterested?
