This role offers hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working alongside the Cloud and Customer Support teams to deliver exceptional service. This internship provides the opportunity to work closely with the Cloud Operations Manager and their team of engineers. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated learner who enjoys solving problems and exceeding customer expectations, ready to contribute to a team known for its commitment to excellence.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesConfigure and build customer environments for go-live.Respond to customer support tickets and provided solutions to technical challenges.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.This internship position is a hybrid role with a mix of home based and an expectation to work in our London or Manchester office throughout the internship.Required Education & ExperienceIn pursuit of a bachelor's degree or Masters degree in a relevant business area such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.Preferred Education & Experience Undergraduate students preferred (graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027).Previous internship experience is nice to have but not essential.Knowledge or experience within any of the following areas is a plus:Software development life cycle (coding, packaging, testing, and deployment).Powershell scripting, GIT Hub, Azure DevOps, Terraform.Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory.Automating processes using PowerShell, Azure PowerShell Modules, REST APIs, JSON or ARM Templates.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesHighly motivated and self-directed.Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to analyse data and provide recommendations.Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships.Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism.Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting.Able to work on a broad variety of projects.Adaptable to changing needs and situations.Ability to establish credibility and trust.Who We AreOneStream is how today’s Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further™ by steering the business to the future.
