BeFit is looking for an energetic, results-driven Club Manager to oversee all operations at our premium fitness location in Oradea. You will be the visionary leader responsible for creating an exceptional member experience, fostering a positive team culture, and driving the club's financial performance and growth.Key responsibilitiesClub Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards. Maintain the club's cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.Team Leadership & Management: Manage a high-performing team (including fitness trainers, cleaning and meintenance team). Conduct regular performance reviews and cultivate a motivating and collaborative work environment.Member Experience & Retention: Ensure outstanding customer service standards are consistently met.
