Company: Aoapark.com (U.S.–based)Role Location: India Office (On-site / Full-time)Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in Marketing LeadershipPosition OverviewAoapark.com is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our entire global marketing function. This role will be based in our India office, working closely with both the U.S. leadership team and India operations to build a world-class marketing engine.The ideal candidate is a visionary marketing leader capable of driving brand growth, performance marketing, product positioning, and data-backed strategy—while also empowering a dynamic team across SEO, SMM, digital campaigns, and brand management.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with Aoapark.com’s global vision.Lead brand-building initiatives across U.S., India, and international markets.Identify long-term growth opportunities, partnerships, and performance channels.2. Digital & Performance MarketingLead ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic ads, and new-age platforms.Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, attribution modeling, and KPI benchmarks.Optimize conversion funnels, CAC, retention, and LTV through structured experimentation.3. SEO, SMM, and Content StrategyDirect SEO, content architecture, and organic acquisition plans.Build and guide the social media strategy across all platforms.Oversee storytelling, brand voice, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel content.4. Product & Customer Experience CollaborationWork cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.Drive data-backed insights into customer behaviour and product improvement.Influence UI/UX decisions to enhance customer lifecycle touchpoints.5. Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and manage internal teams including:SEO specialistsSMM teamPerformance marketersContent strategistsDesigners & creativesIntroduce strong marketing processes, SOPs, and performance evaluation frameworks.6.
