For details of our equipment portfolio and capabilities, visit AeroSpec at www.AeroSpecinc.com.Duties And RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC Vertical Mills such as Haas, Doosan, Mazak, Yam or SMGProgram, Setup and Machine prototype and short run parts from engineering blueprints using HAAS VMC MillsProficient reading blue prints and understanding specifications and GD&TCapable of reading of reading manual measuring instrumentsKnowledge and understanding of manufacturing QA procedures and processesAbility to program mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensationAnalyze and diagnose machining, programming and tooling problemsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
