About The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and visionary CO-CEO & CFO to jointly lead the company’s strategic growth in the renewable energy sector. This dual leadership role combines executive responsibility for overall corporate direction with financial stewardship, ensuring alignment across strategy, governance, operations, and capital markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-lead the firm’s overall strategic vision, growth initiatives, and market positioning in renewable energy.Share responsibility for organizational leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement with the Co-CEO.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, industry partners, and key stakeholders.Champion organizational culture, talent development, and ESG integration across the business.Oversee all financing activities, including capital raising, investment structuring, and deal execution.Take joint responsibility for company-wide operations with the Co-CEO.Requirements15+ years of leadership experience in private equity, infrastructure, investment management, or renewable energy.Proven track record in both executive leadership and financial management (CFO, Managing Director, Partner, or equivalent roles).Deep knowledge of renewable energy finance, project development, and ESG-driven investing.Strong capital markets expertise with demonstrated success in fundraising and large-scale deal execution.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.What We OfferExecutive leadership opportunity in a rapidly growing renewable energy platform.High-impact role shaping company strategy, financing, and growth.Remote flexibility within Germany.Collaborative governance structure with shared CEO responsibilities.Apply today or contact Teddy Henderson for a confidential conversation.
