Co-Founder (EXIST Startup Program – BitBoard)

Company DescriptionBitBoard is building an AI powered collaboration and project management platform for software teams. Our goal is to make teamwork faster, smarter, and more connected by combining task planning, communication, and real time collaboration into one unified workspace.We are preparing an application for the EXIST Startup Program, which offers funding, mentoring, and resources to help founders build innovative companies in Germany. This role is for someone who wants to join early, help shape the product, and submit the EXIST proposal together. Role DescriptionThis is a full time on site co-founder role in Heidelberg. As a co-founder, you will work closely with me to develop our strategy, validate the product, and prepare the EXIST application together. You will be involved in shaping the company direction, exploring market opportunities, and turning our idea into a functional MVP.Your responsibilities will include contributing to product planning, supporting business development, managing communication with partners, and strengthening our EXIST proposal. You will help drive innovation and ensure that we build something genuinely valuable for software teams and startups.Responsibilities• Work together on the EXIST application and proposal• Help shape the product vision and roadmap• Support early market and competitor research• Contribute to technical and strategic decisions• Collaborate on product design and MVP planning• Build relationships with potential partners and advisors• Take part in defining the long term company strategy Qualifications We are looking for someone who is motivated to build a real company together and can contribute actively during the EXIST program.
