In addition to our school, we are developing a nationwide teacher-training and accreditation technology platform to foster long-term educational reform and create lasting multi-generational change in Nigeria.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Co-learner (Teacher) located in Lagos. The Trainee Co-learner will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, working closely with students to facilitate their learning experiences. Daily responsibilities will include conducting educational activities, supporting student progress, collaborating with other co-learners, and continuously enhancing teaching practices through training and professional development.QualificationsSkills in Lesson Planning and EducationStrong Communication skillsProficiency in Teaching and TrainingPassion for innovative teaching methodsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to new teaching environmentsBachelor's degree in Education or related fieldPrevious teaching experience is an advantageA commitment to the mission and values of KEY academy
