You'll convert marketing leads into enrolled students through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and relationship building. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline in our CRM, conducting needs-based consultations, handling objections, collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, and guiding students through enrollment. You'll meet monthly sales targets while providing exceptional student experience from inquiry to registration.QualificationsProven sales or lead conversion experience, preferably in educationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCRM proficiency and pipeline management experienceConsultative selling ability with objection-handling skillsKnowledge of international education systems and admission processesCustomer service expertise and results-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field preferredAbility to meet sales targets and work on-site in Ibadan
