The role demands advanced surgical skills, a commitment to innovation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary medical environment to enhance patient outcomes.As a core member of the surgical team, the Urology/Cystoscopy Consultant will be responsible for conducting minimally invasive procedures, endoscopic interventions, and open surgeries as required. Key Responsibilities Clinical Practice:Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cystoscopy procedures, including tumour resections and stone removal.Conduct minimally invasive and open urological surgeries for conditions such as kidney stones, bladder dysfunction, and prostate enlargement.Develop and execute comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.Oversee pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes.
