CO2 Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance strategies for industrial CO2 production.Ensure that all CO2 products meet industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products. Work on the Analyzer and Production Line and understand maintenance need and requirement and execute the plan.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.Establish and oversee laboratory testing procedures and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.Review and approve batch records, quality reports, and documentation related to CO2 production.Conduct training for staff on quality standards, procedures, and safety protocols.Maintain compliance with relevant quality and environmental standards.Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of required quality documentation.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.Manage quality-related non-conformance investigations and ensure proper documentation and resolution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; Postgraduate qualification preferred.Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality management within industrial gas production or related industries.Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, ASTM, EPA regulations, and industry-specific standards.Proven experience in laboratory testing, quality audits, and process improvement.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead and train teams effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.Familiarity with plant automation and quality data management software.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
