Coca-Cola Beverages Botswana (CCBB) has an exciting opportunity in the Finance Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as a Country Lead: Business Partner Finance position, which is based in Gaborone. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Director.
Key PurposeTo overseeing all finance and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and local regulations, manage monthly close, prepare financial statements, and handle reconciliations and inter-company transactions, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, offering strategic insights to business leaders, conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable financial reports to support decision-making, strengthen internal controls and drive audit readiness, liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulators, lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, support finance system improvements and champion process efficiency.
