Cold Calling Specialist

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating calls with potential clients, handling the entire sales cycle independently, and successfully converting leads into deposits. This is a performance-oriented role that requires strong communication and closing skills.Key Responsibilities:Make initial calls to potential clients and build strong first impressions.Manage the entire sales cycle independently from Cold calling, lead generation to closing.Convince and convert leads into deposits without relying on external support.Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to achieve targets.Provide accurate information about services/products to prospective clients.Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions.Requirements:Strong English communication skills.Proven ability to handle calls and independently close deals.Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Previous sales or closing experience is preferred.Compensation:Fixed Salary: PKR 70,000Commissions + Bonuses on Daily, Weekly & monthly basisMedical Insurance
