At BDO Credit, we deliver comprehensive credit and collections services to support the consumer banking business, ensuring financial stability and growth.The position is primarily responsible for helping in effective management through liquidation of written-off portfolio:Designing and implementing effective collection strategies and other enhancement techniques to ensure achievement of collection goalsManaging business relationship and coordinating with Third Party Service Provider handling written-off accounts to ensure adequacy of business operations support, achievement of targets in accordance with established SLAs, guidelines, regulatory rules and standardsDuties and responsibilities:Monitors and evaluates the organizational effectives of an agency, its operations, programs, performance, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvementFacilitates waivers, reversals, special request of clientsReviews/prepares agency billings for check preparationConducts call-outs and field visitations to assigned collection agenciesMonitors written-off accounts due for endorsement to assigned collection agenciesQualifications:Graduate of any four-year business course.At least 2-3 years working experience in collections preferably gained form a bank or other financial institution.With good negotiation skills.Willing to be assigned in Ortigas and work onsite.
