Join GrowthAssistant and help manage the end-to-end billing and collections process for our clients. You’ll handle invoicing, payments, account reconciliation, and client outreach for overdue balances, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless client experience.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: Up to ₱70,000/month / $7/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll Be Doing1) Invoice Management & Payment ProcessingGenerate and issue monthly invoices in QuickBooks (ACH/manual) and Hyphen (credit card).Process payments weekly, ensuring accuracy across all billing cycles.Record payments and maintain detailed client account records in Salesforce CRM.Support creation and tracking of one-off or deposit invoices outside recurring billing.2) Collections & Client OutreachConduct proactive outreach for past-due invoices or declined payments via email and phone.Follow defined outreach cadence (initial email within 3–5 days, phone escalation after 7–10 days).Maintain detailed documentation of all collection efforts in CRM.3) Reconciliation & ReportingSupport month-end AR reconciliation, identifying and escalating discrepancies.Generate recurring payment status and aging reports for internal stakeholders.Identify process gaps or recurring payment issues and propose improvements.4) Operational SupportAssist in building and maintaining collections playbooks (templates, cadences, escalation paths).Coordinate with finance teams to flag high-risk accounts or billing disputes.Support related administrative tasks as needed (e.g., shipment tracking).What We’re Looking For1–2 years experience with QuickBooksPrior experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections with client-facing communicationProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM (HubSpot acceptable)1+ year experience with Stripe, Bill.com, or similar payment platformsIntermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with G Suite and SlackExperience working in startup or high-growth environments; self-starter mindsetNice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with Hyphen or other credit card processing toolsExperience building or maintaining collections playbooks or outreach templatesExposure to e-commerce, marketing, or SaaS business modelsUnderstanding of subscription billing / recurring payment workflowsExperience supporting cross-functional finance teams (AR, billing ops, accounting)Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
