POSITION SUMMARY:The Finance Associate is responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, cash management, fixed assets, and monthly reconciliations, while coordinating with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve account matters and support month-end closing, audits, and statutory requirements.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Handles all transactions related to accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) (Trade and non-trade). Prepares AP, AR, and intercompany-related entries and reports, bank reconciliations, general ledger reports, and journal entries during month-end to support accurate and timely financial closing.Manages cash-related transactions and processesExecutes fixed asset transactions, including acquisition recording, disposal, sale, and depreciation.Prepares monthly reports such as balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset schedules.Coordinates with internal departments, Advantek sites, customers, and vendors to address expense reimbursements, account discrepancies, intercompany billings, sales, purchases, and other related requirements.Assists in the completion of audit, tax, and other statutory requirements.Participates in planning for policies, procedures, systems, problem-solving, and performance monitoring by serving on committees, task forces, and project teams.Performs other duties related to and implied by the responsibilities listed above.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Advanced Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.Three to five years of relevant working experience.Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills may be required or preferred depending on the country or site of assignment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experienced in using ERP systems.
