Their shared services team in the Philippines delivers world-class business support to global markets with a focus on reliability, innovation, and excellence.Job DescriptionLead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of core accounting operations (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inter-Group Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Period End Close, and Reporting).Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance leaders, auditors, and service partners.Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.Support business continuity and risk management activities.The Successful ApplicantA Successful Record To Report Manager Should HaveA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA license At least 5 years of experience in accounting operations or shared services, with 2+ years in a supervisory or specialist role.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting processes, and continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, automation, etc.).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience in a shared service or multinational environment is a plus.
