Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Visit at healthcare facilities (in any department) each month, organize training sessions or workshops, and provide product technical knowledge and application training to customers and distributor partners. 2. Conduct at least one training and exam for other Thailand employees each month, and at least one training and exam for distributor teams each month. Submit the training plan for the following month by the end of each month. Assist the sales team and distributor partners in improving their understanding of the products and competitors, ensuring that end-users have a correct perception of the product's value. 3.

Collect and submit pricing information of competitors, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the data. Submit the report to the marketing department once a week. 4. Conduct regular market research to analyze competitors' product market trends, strategies, and advantages, providing data support for product positioning. Submit a report to the marketing department once a month. 5. Collaborate with the marketing department and local teams to implement marketing strategies and promotion plans for each product, and provide a feedback report once a month. 6.

Submit a product feedback report weekly to the marketing department, detailing the product's market performance and user feedback, and providing suggestions for product improvements. 7. Participate monthly in the planning and execution of regional marketing activities, including academic conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, to enhance the visibility of the company's products and strengthen brand influence. 8. Establish relationships with key KOLs, organize sharing sessions, and promote academic collaboration for the different products. Submit a KOL information report monthly. Working Day 5 days/week (Mon-Fri)Ā 8. 30-17. 30 hrs. Requirements: 1. Education background: Degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent in medicine, bioscience, biomedical, or Marketing etc. ;2.

Over 2 years work experience in medical device field, experiences in related companies are preferrable. (Mindray/Draeger/GE/Maquet)3. Not over 35 years old, enthusiasm, objective-oriented4. Familiar with all critical care products , macroscopically and microscopically: from key players, market share to product features, clinical advantages, marketing tools, KOLs5. Talent in study and expression, good ability to perform trainingĀ 6.
