We are seeking a visionary Commercial CoFounder to drive our ambitious growth in the UAE market.Commercial Director / Co-FounderCore Focus: Revenue Generation, Market Dominance, and Strategic Partnerships. This role will be the driving force for agency growth, translating our capabilities into sustainable revenue streams within our target markets (Consulting, Real Estate, Enterprise). Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesHands-on Sales Leadership: Design and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets in the UAE market.Target Market Penetration: Leverage existing networks and a deep understanding of sales processes within Consulting Firms and Real Estate Agencies to secure foundational client contracts.Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by serving as the primary commercial point of contact and ensuring client success and retention.Operational Alignment: Work closely with the Technical Director/Co-Founder to ensure the commercial pipeline aligns with technical delivery capacity and innovation roadmap.Pricing & Negotiation: Define competitive pricing models for Brand, Marketing, and App solutions, and lead high-stakes negotiations.Profile & ExperienceExperience: Proven hands-on track record (8+ years) in B2B sales leadership, specifically selling digital services, technology, or strategic consulting, with direct prior experience engaging or working with Real Estate, Consulting firms, and Enterprise businesses.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and proven ability to close enterprise-level deals. Deep knowledge of the UAE business landscape.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, comfortable with the demands of a startup, and committed to turning the agency into a market leader (Significance & Impact).Investment Requirement: The CoFounder role requires a commitment to a basic investment of USD $10,000 to secure an equity stake and demonstrate commitment to the agency's foundational growth.Employment Type: Hybrid | Location: Dubai, UAE (Focusing on the UAE market)
