The Commercial Director will lead regional sales strategy, manage key customer relationships, and oversee a team of sales professionals across multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the European commercial strategy in alignment with global objectives.Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across key European markets.Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts in ocean freight forwarding.Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and drive growth across general cargo and consumer goods sectors.Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent commercial delivery across regions.Ideal ProfileProven leadership experience in ocean freight forwarding or broader logistics.Strong understanding of European markets and customer dynamics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international environment.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus but not required.
