Commercial Director – Real Estate Development (Dubai)Salary: AED 75,000 all-in per month + performance bonusLocation: UAEAbout the RoleWe are working with a growing real estate development company with a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects. We are seeking a hands-on Commercial Director who can lead all commercial, cost, and procurement activities across the development lifecycle.Candidates must have worked for a development company in the UAE or have direct UAE project experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance for all projects.Manage development appraisals, feasibilities, cost plans, and cashflows.Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations with consultants and contractors.Drive value engineering, cost control, and variation/claims management.Support project delivery teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and commercial objectives are met.Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, authorities, and investors.Requirements10–15+ years’ experience, with mandatory UAE development experience (developer background required).Strong commercial, cost management, and procurement expertise.Proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use projects from inception to completion.Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field; MRICS preferred.What's on OfferAED 75,000 per month all-in + annual performance bonusHigh-impact leadership role with autonomyOpportunity to shape a growing development business with an excellent project pipeline
