For more information, click here.Role Reports ToCommercial Excellence Manager MYSGLocation:Asia Pacific, Malaysia, Selangor, Petaling JayaWork Location:HybridKey ResponsibilitiesWhat you will doManage current and design new commercial data models, while improving the quality of samplesMaintain and improve commercial performance analysis and deliver visualizations to unlock insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-makingIdentify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing commercial strategies in customer and brandLead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects and customer & brand performance analysis to deliver recommendationsProvide insights into sales force effectiveness and performance factors to managementUtilize business systems to gather key information on sales dataManaging business intelligence tools in collaboration with SFE (TPM, DMS, SFA, BI)Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science or related field3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, commercial/ data analytics, or strategy analysisSales Management Experience in an FMCG environment will be advantageousExcellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsProven technical skills in Excel at an expert level and certifiedExperience in Power BI and SQL will be advantageousExperience in data analysis and process automationCommercial mindset with financial acumen and attention to detailHighly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects independentlyAbility to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drives business decisions Curious mindset and desire to grow in the roleIf you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
