Job Description:Job Title – Commercial Finance Analyst (JL 25-30)Location – Remote working / MumbaiExperience – 4 to 5 years of experienceQualification – CMA Intermediate / CA IntermediateJob Summary With Key ResponsibilitiesThis position will be reporting to the APAC Finance Director – Technology function. The role is responsible for preparation of budgets, forecasts, monthly reports relating to Business as usual P&L, project P&L and business case. The role will collaborate with the APAC & Global Finance function.Understanding the existing and new financial plans, accounting process and operations, key KRA’s, and governance requirements relating to BAU and Project related initiatives. Preparation of budgets and forecasts using financial planning tools and applicationsPrepare and analyze past year cost trends and monthly cost trendsSupport in preparing the cost structures for various initiatives. Assist in business case preparationWorking knowledge on funding and accounting practices. Management of accounting operations: PO release, invoice approval, Interco agreements, Interco invoicing etcPrepare monthly variance analysis report. Liaison with regional and global finance and Technology teams as necessary. SkillsBasic accounting knowledgeGood analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and finance applications.
