You will collaborate with international teams and have exposure to major regional projects.We are seeking a Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations and external representation in Romania’s fast-growing renewable energy sector. This role manages senior-level interactions with energy authorities and industry stakeholders, oversees commercial execution for both utility-scale and residential energy solutions, and ensures full compliance with Romanian regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company in meetings with regulators, grid operators, and government bodies.Manage commercial processes for residential and utility-scale energy products.Oversee contract review, compliance checks, negotiation support, and payment tracking.Coordinate pricing updates, tenders, and alignment with legal, technical, and finance teams.Monitor Romanian energy laws and policies, providing insights to regional business.Resolve commercial issues with customers, EPCs, distributors, and partners.RequirementsDegree in Business Law, Commercial Law, Energy Law, Economics, or related fields.Strong understanding of Romanian energy regulations and commercial frameworks.3–5+ years in commercial or regulatory roles within international companies.Experience in renewables, energy, utilities, or infrastructure preferred.Romanian and fluent English required.Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract interpretation skills.
