AsiaRAC continues to expand its professional support and innovative training solutions across the region. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. As a Commercial & Partnership Team Lead, you will oversee and manage the team's daily operations while fostering partnerships within the training and consulting industry. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue, managing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration to align financial, insurance, and sales objectives with the organization’s goals. Qualifications Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team toward achieving targets.Knowledge of the various government agencies & academic bodies that support strategic initiatives and partnerships.Proficiency in Sales, including business development and client relationship management.Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in business training or consulting is an advantage.Adaptability and the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
