Location: 1) Jade Hills, KajangJob Description:Assist senior staff in supervising and monitoring the performance of contractors involved in routine maintenance works (e.g., landscaping, road maintenance, etc.) and minor repairs.Accompany senior team members during regular inspections of township infrastructure to gain exposure and practical experience.Provide support during defect rectification works, including assisting in documentation and coordination under supervision.Perform any other duties assigned by the Management to support the team’s daily operations and learning objectives.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Building, Real Estate or any related course.#PaidInternship #Township #RealEstate
