Valuation ExecutivesWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate Management, or a similar degree to join our team in a salaried role, offering attractive bonuses and incentives. This position involves primarily field-based work, including property inspections, investigations, data collection, and the preparation of valuation and assessment reports.The successful candidate will also provide support to the valuation team with various tasks as needed, including administrative duties.Proficiency in multiple languages or dialects is highly desirable, as it enhances communication with clients and stakeholders.Candidates must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for personal transportation.Fresh degree graduates and degree graduates with one to two years' work experience are encouraged to write in.Probationary Estate Agents (PEAs) / NegotiatorsWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a Diploma in Estate Management, Real Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field (for the Negotiators) to join our Estate Agency Department. This role is primarily field-based, involving property inspections, investigations, data collection, sourcing listings, identifying potential buyers/tenants, preparing advertisements, and creating marketing materials and reports.You will be supported by an efficient administrative team handling backend tasks, allowing you to focus on client-facing activities.Proficiency in multiple languages or dialects is highly desirable, as it facilitates effective communication with clients and stakeholders.Candidates must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for personal transportation.We welcome applications from fresh diploma graduates as well as those with one to two years of relevant work experience.
