We are committed to relentless innovation and are a trusted partner for businesses and consumers across the Middle East.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Commercial Sales Manager to drive our commercial business across the UAE and GCC region. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep roots in the IT hardware channel. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy, managing key distributor and System Integrator (SI) relationships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve significant market share and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business Development:Develop and implement the annual commercial sales strategy and Go-To-Market plan for the UAE & GCC region.Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with major Distributors, Large System Integrators, and key corporate accounts.Drive sell-through and market share by working strategically with channel partners.Key Account & Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for major Distributors and Strategic System Integrators.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers at partner and client organizations.Lead high-level negotiations for large-scale commercial contracts and tenders.Team Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and performance metrics (KPIs).Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.Recruit and develop top talent to build a world-class commercial sales team.Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis:Utilize deep knowledge of IT hardware technology (including PCs) to position ASUS products effectively against competitors.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform strategy and tactical adjustments.Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to senior management.Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and support for channel partners and key accounts.Highly Desirable Skills:Fluent in English (Must) and Arabic (Nice to have)Established network of contacts within the Distributor and SI community in the UAE/GCC.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Mandatory Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the IT hardware industry.Essential experience working with or for major IT Distributors and/or large System Integrators (SI) in the GCC region.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a team management role, with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams.Demonstrated experience in engaging and negotiating with large clients and high-level positions Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of current hardware technology (e.g., AI PCs).Preferred Skills:Established network of contacts within the Distributor and SI community in the UAE/GCC.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Disclaimer:When you submit your information to LinkedIn, your information will be collected, processed, and used by LinkedIn.
