Solar Projects Operations & Maintenance Officer (Remote – USA)Greenday Finance is hiring a Solar O&M Officer with strong experience in commercial solar operations and a background in data development or software engineering.This role will lead daily O&M oversight while also building a full O&M framework — including a portfolio of O&M providers, a centralized SLA database, and an automated ticketing system integrated with monitoring tools.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day operations and performance of solar projects.Develop preventive/corrective maintenance plans.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate field repairs.Build and manage O&M provider network + SLA database.Create an automated ticketing workflow integrated with monitoring platforms.Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.What We’re Looking For3–5 years in solar O&M (commercial/utility preferred).Strong understanding of PV systems and troubleshooting.Experience in software engineering, data development, or system integrations.Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance analytics.Excellent English and ability to work independently (remote).Why Join Us?
