Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in March for a Commercial & Supply Chain Manager. The role involves overseeing demand planning, supply chain operations, procurement, and inventory management. You will be responsible for analyzing data, implementing supply chain strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing supplier relationships. The role requires direct collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and deliver measurable results in the fresh produce sector. Qualifications Proficiency in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast demand and analyze data effectively.Expertise in Supply Management and Inventory Management to optimize resources and maintain efficient operations.Strong skills in Procurement to build and manage supplier relationships while ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.Understanding of compliance, sustainability, and technology integration in supply chain processes is advantageous.5+ years of experience in supply chain or a commercial management role within the fresh produce or related industry.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
