Role Description This is a Commission-Only Sales Agent role based on-site in Abidjan. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting Edumen's Business English training services, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves conducting client meetings, understanding individual and corporate training needs, and closing sales deals while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism. The agent will also collaborate with the team to develop strategies to increase clientele and contribute to Edumen’s business growth. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needsSales experience, with the ability to promote tailored training solutions and close deals successfullyExperience or familiarity with the training or education sector is an advantageKnowledge or experience in the insurance and related fields is a plusAbility to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in multiple languages, especially English and French, is beneficialA proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset to succeed in a commission-based environment
